Agroecological tour

Pineapple has a special place in the experience: we grow it specifically for our visitors using organic practices and without chemical products. During the tour, you will also discover some of the farm's traditional and small-scale production processes, including our sugar-cane mill and the preparation of turmeric powder.

But Finca Surá does not end where the crops do. Part of the walk takes you through our native forest and other habitats around the property, where birds, butterflies, insects and many of the species that make Sarapiquí one of Costa Rica's most biodiverse tropical landscapes can be found.
